I LOVE These People

Interviewers (and by that I mostly mean Ms. Kelley-I’m-a-Blog-Stalker-Quinn), if you’re reading this, then I hope you get the title of my blog. Need a hint? Just think: last scene of the Info Session video.

Ok, so anyway, I’m not even gonna beat around the bush with this one. This blog serves one purpose: to tell you I’m OBSESSED with the other interviewers. I’ve been working here in the office for about a month (wow, that sounds weird), but not until last week were all 11 of us here together. And if this weekend was any indicator of how much fun this summer is going to be, then I better get ready. 🙂

Friday, Kelley and I roadtripped it to Lynchburg with Randy. This included swingsets at gas stations, eating so much Applebee’s that we could have passed for pregnant, and lots and lots of 90s music. Friday night: out with the interns. Saturday: an embarrassing but true viewing of Mary-Kate and Ashley’s When in Rome with some interns, and then later,Freaks and Geeks plus chocolate cake and ice cream. Saturday night: out with the interns. Sunday was Jamestown Beach, a pretty delicious raspberry lemonade Italian Ice from Rita’s on Monticello, then a little fashion show time at the Patrick Henry Mall and the best of Tim McGraw jam session on the car ride back.

I’ll admit I was a just a little bit on the bored side sometimes during my first weeks of work. I wasn’t used to having so much free time around here…hours and hours to kill by myself…what??? Now, I’m more than pumped for these next 2 months.
