Campus Activities: Producing Director of International Performing Arts eXchange (iPAX), William & Mary Theatre Actor, Resident Assistant
The Mews was my muse. “Are you going to be in the Mews tonight?” was a question my friends and I frequently asked one another. I never would have imagined that my favorite spot on campus would become the 24-hour study café connected to Swem Library. I loved the Mews because it was the quintessential location for productivity, camaraderie and purchasing fresh blueberry muffins at a low price. The Mews united students because we sometimes needed a space to continue working after Swem closed its doors for the night and for me it was simply an escape. At the Mews, you got to know others, and I always had a blast while finishing any given research paper. I definitely think there was magic in the Mews.
