What’s Better Than Wawa?
My favorite time to go to Wawa is on the weekends, when a late night meal is crucial to make it through the night. Located on Richmond Road across from Blow Memorial Hall, one block away from campus, Wawa is never a far walk from any place on campus. The college dining halls require early dinner meal times, so it’s no surprise that most weekend nights I find myself in the famous convenience store. Whether stopping in for some coffee, a hot meal, or just some snacks for a night of studying, Wawa will always have whatever you are looking for. My favorite “addiction” from Wawa is their milkshakes. So good! I go a little crazy for them; I’m not going to lie. It doesn’t matter if its fall, winter, or spring, it is always a good time for a milkshake. They have the best flavors, how could you possibly resist? I remember going over to Wawa with some friends so we could take a study break during one of those long hour nights at Swem, the library. It was freezing outside, but we decided to brave the cold and make the trip across campus to Wawa. I bought made my routine purchase of a strawberry milkshake. I could barely feel my hands by the time I made it back to the library, but it was so delicious that it didn’t even really matter.
With all the great food and great times at Wawa, it’s a wonder that I even make it to the regular dining halls at all. Wawa has definitely become one of my favorites spots around the College and I’m sure it will stay that way for years to come.
