Nicaragua otra vez!!

I just booked my plane tickets for my December trip to Managua, Nicaragua.

This will be my fourth trip to Managua in two years. I first started going down on service trips through my church with other WM students two Spring Breaks ago. Then, my best friend moved down after we graduated and started up a non-profit, so I went down with him.

We’re going down in December with a few other friends and some of his family to get together with the kids his organization, Visedal, helps out.

I’m so pumped to get back down there and reestablish relationships that have been created and ongoing for a few years now. There’s just something about travelling abroad and serving others that fills such a hole in both your personal life and the lives of those you serve. I can’t think of a better way to spend break time or vacation.
