It’s Friday, I’m in Love…

…with these interns! You wouldn’t think it. I mean, we’ve been stuck in a conference room for about seven hours every day for the last five days. No windows, no picture frames, but lots of love. I can’t imagine interning with a greater group of people. Everyone brings something really unique to the table.

Lemme break it down for ya’…

Marques really likes chicken and watermelon. Ask him about “Transformers,” and he’ll light up like a kid in a candy store.

Beth is the go-to girl when it comes to anything phone OR a cappella related. Make her sing for you if you get her as your interviewer.

Marc is the sarcastic one of the bunch. At least with me. He likes to make me think he likes the music I listen to when he really doesn’t. Oh well, he’s never complained when he comes to one of my parties. Ask him about his role at The College’s Writing Center.

Katie is probably one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and there’s much more to her than meets the eye. Ask her how many cats her great-granny had.

Lauren is another one of the group sweethearts. Her boyfriend’s name is Ben, but I call him Josh. You should too. Ask her about her trip to India.

Tom thinks he’s hot stuff because his facebook picture is of him and our school’s former Vice President. Actually, when I think about it, that does make him hot stuff. Ask him who he wants to be when he grows up?

Greg is our very own, real-life, Chris Brown. He spontaneously breaks out into dance or song. Ask him to show you some of his moves.

Samantha is our DJ during meeting breaks. Britney Spears? Wyclef? Justin Timberlake?…we’ve heard it all. She spins the beats, we sing along, Greg dances. Ask her about her upcoming race!

Kelly is the future of stand-up comedy. Until then, we’re happy to call her ours. She keeps us all laughing, crying, and gasping for air. She really loves people who like Walt Disney. Ask her to do a voice impression for you!

Carrie is amazing. For a wide variety of reasons. One, she is a fitness instructor at The College’s Rec Center. Two, ask her about her Boxilates class!
