Hellooooooooooo prospective students!
Forgive my enthusiasm, but I’m very excited to be back at this whole W&M Blog thing.
A lot has happened in the two years since I graduated, and I can’t wait to share some of it with you.
Check back often for advice on how to succeed at the College, where my William & Mary degree has gotten me, and how I plan to incorporate the core values I learned while an undergraduate in my every day life.
Still Harking Upon The Gale,

Your love for The College will undoubtedly come through in your blog. Your enthusiasm can only help the new students.
Forgive me for being the “downer” here, but they should have a student who can’t get a career job write a blog. (Believe me, there are many whose honorable W&M degrees still haven’t paid off. And still the alumni association keeps calling asking for money.) I wonder if that kind of blog would be as chipper. At least it would be realistic. “I graduated with high honors and I work for a temp agency. Yesssssss!”
Anuarite (Anuar),
Thank you for being willing to share your experiences with prospective and current students.
As your former professor and current friend, I could not be more proud of and impressed with your journey through Teach for America (a “real” job for anyone interested — in fact, one of the most reality-based and service-oriented jobs one could ever hold… teaching and helping people who society has often left behind) into the Marines.
We are lucky to have people with your intelligence, integrity, and personality serving us as teachers and military personnel, and I hope that you are able to keep the W&M family updated on your ongoing search for justice and knowledge.
Proud of you,
Dr. Danielle M. Currier
