Navigating our Campus Visit Registration System

We Admit It!  Summer is all about campus visits for us.  Interviews and tours are the name of the game.  We welcome hundreds of visitors each day.  We want you to explore our campus, talk with our students and come to love this place as much as we do.

Lately we’ve gotten a few questions about our online registration system.  So given that, and given there wasn’t another blog topic in mind for this week, we thought we’d just take this opportunity to help you navigate the campus visit registration process.

When you get to our registration screen, you can use the “Event Type Selection” column to narrow down your search by type of on-campus visit.  If you want to search interviews only, you can check the box to the left of Interviews.  If you wish to just see what weekends we’re open, you can check the box next to Weekend Info Session & Tour.

Or, you can use the calendar feature at the top to narrow down our visit options by date.  If, for example, you’d like to visit in mid-July, put in a start date of July 15 and an end date of July 22.  Please note, our system can show only 50 events at a time, and we hold 50 events per week (each individual interview appointment and each tour is its own unique event).  So if you simply search, and don’t see any events after say July 5, use the calendar to narrow down your date search.

Any open event will display a green register button.  Click that button and complete the online form.  Note, that after clicking submit once, a dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm this appointment again.  You must click confirm to register.  If you do not receive an automated confirmation email of your registration within a few minutes, please contact us as it’s likely your registration did not come through.  If an event is full, that will display in the green button.  If an event includes a waitlist (as our interviews do), you can add yourself to a waitlist once an event is at capacity.  You can add yourself to multiple waitlists if you wish.  Those on the waitlist will be notified via email and phone should an appointment become available for them.

If you have any questions as you’re trying to sign up for a visit, don’t hesitate to let us know.  We’re here to help, and we look forward to welcoming you to campus.
