Time Out for Transfers — Tribe Transfer Days

Admit It! Transfers, the typical admission campus visit isn’t really designed for you.  Instead, it’s geared towards freshman applicants.  You’re absolutely right.  Given that probably 95% of our visitors (if not more) are prospective freshman applicants and their families, our daily information sessions and tours are designed with them in mind.  That doesn’t mean they can’t be a great source of information for transfer students.  They are still a great way to get a feel for the campus in general.

But fear not, we also have special visits designed solely with prospective transfer students in mind.  Our Tribe Transfer Days, held on select Friday afternoons throughout the academic year, are for prospective transfers only…no prospective freshmen allowed!  All of the information presented is designed to help you understand the transfer process from admission to housing to the awarding of credit.  They’re designed to get your questions answered as we understand the transfer application process is as unique as the individual students going through it.

If you cannot attend a Tribe Transfer Day, please come to one of our regular information sessions and tours.  Transfers are always allowed!  And feel free to contact Dean Link, our Director of Transfer Admission.  As a former transfer student herself, she’s happy to assist any prospective transfer student navigate the application process.

We hope to see you on campus.
