The End is in Sight

Admit It! Knowing that all of your application materials arrived at the various admission offices of the institutions to which you are applying is a huge relief.  We feel the same way about processing applications.  We have made a major step in that direction.  As of January 27, 2011, all freshman Common applications have been received and processed.  Whether you submitted your application online or by mail, we have completed the process of uploading that application to our applicant database.  Every applicant and his/her parent(s) (assuming you provided your parents’ email address in your application) will have received an initial email confirming receipt of your Common Application and W&M Supplement.  That application also provides you a W&M Application ID number.

You and your parents will receive a second email when we have matched all of your other materials with your application and your application is complete.  If any required component is missing, the applicant will be emailed.  Any missing materials simply need to be re-submitted as soon as possible.  No penalty or disadvantage is assessed.

Onwards towards April for us all!
