By April 1, we’ll mail all decisions. That means we’re finally winding down the committee process, and I’m signing lots of admission letters. Meanwhile, for anyone who’s ever wondered what a pool of 12,500 applications looks like, here’s a 25-second video I shot on a walk-through of our Operations Area, which is the nerve center of the admission office.
The wait is almost over. Good news will be on its way for some, and disappointing news will be sent to many. Remember that being denied admission from a university never ruined anyone’s prospects for long-term success, and the impact of disappointment will fade. Just ask these folks.
