Driving

Driving is a learned activity/endeavor.

With driving, you learn how to make informed decisions based on the information that you have access (and of course, lessons/practice.) You also (hopefully) will use some common sense to aid in what will be a safe driving experience.

Your college search is quite similar. Based on the information you have access and based on what you learn through research, you make informed decisions about how you want to proceed with institutions of interest.

As an informed driver, you decide which route you want to pursue– keeping in mind that there is no perfect route. Like college, there is no perfect college or university choice, but rather a good match.

So, you decide – would you rather take the “drive by” route– which offers you only a quick glimpse?

Or would you rather take the route that provides a more thorough view of what is to come?

It’s your choice. You are the driver.
