About Kristina Venieri

Hey! I’m Kristina.

If you want to get me excited, talk about food–I love cooking. I’ll try anything, and will probably like it. Another hobby of mine is making jewelry. I enjoy the satisfaction of making something beautiful and personal. My inspiration often comes from nature, especially water and flowers. They’re two of the most majestic and pure elements/things on earth. Speaking of nature, I burn to a crisp in the sun. Sunscreen really is a summer necessity for me.

While I always had a fond spot for baseball, it has only been recently that I’ve come to really enjoy the game. One of my favorite summer activities is playing a game of baseball with some friends…but we’ll play any time of year, even in the snow.

I’m from Connecticut, so things were a little different in Williamsburg, but in a good way.

As far as on-campus activities went, most of my free time was dedicated to APO, Alpha Phi Omega–a service fraternity, and playing flute in the Wind Symphony. What I loved about campus were all the different trees. You could find everything from Evergreens to Maples to Magnolias to Palm Trees. Each season had its own unique specialty, which is why I could never pick a favorite season, especially on-campus where the trees displayed different colors year-round.
